This place is considered our second home the staff are very professional , knowledgeable, and caring. Our kids since they joined this place their self confidence and goal oriented has improved noticeably. Staff are very compassionate, everyone greets you with a big smile. Best decision ever made was enrolling my kids in this place.

I don't know anyone in Arizona due to going to University in Vermont and stumbled upon Kenne's ATA six weeks ago with a trial opportunity. Today I had the pleasure of enrolling fully with Mrs. Keene and had nothing short of an amazing experience. Mrs. Keene is so sweet and truly wanted to help and get to know me. Mr. Jaucian is always showing me… how to get better and has a joke for me every time I come by. Senior Master Keene truly cares about every student regardless of age and has made me feel at ease at the school. It's been great getting to know everybody since I'm an older student

Keen's ATA was such an amazing experience. Its an awesome and unique supportive family environment and I would recommend them ten times over to anyone who might be interested. I was a student at Keen's ATA for 3 years in elementary school and I reached the level of first degree black belt. I am now about to graduate from dental school and I really feel like my time in taekwondo made a huge, lifelong impact on me. It taught me at a young age respect and confidence and also, goal setting and persistence. Every class I learned something new and they helped shape me into a successful person. The environment

My son, daughter and nephew all trained at Keene's ATA Martial Arts for about four years when they were middle school to early teen ages. Mr. Keene and his team helped them develop a number of skills which have continued to serve them well as they became adults and parents of their own. This is an excellent school to learn Taekwondo!! My children have participated at the school for several years. I have watched them go through a series of ups and downs and they have improved as a result. The staff are caring and take the honor, tradition and discipline of taekwondo very seriously.
On the wall is a statement that says "This School is Dedicated to Black Belt Excellence.". Many schools may put that statement on the wall, but not do anything to back that statement up. This school lives up to those very words. Earning a Black belt is hard work and requires individuals to push themselves

Ok so I've been waiting a while to actually write my review for ATA.
I just wanted to make sure this would be a great review lol.
My son has been attending ATA now for over 6 months. Back in May I found a Groupon for them and we decided to try it out.
My son HAD Depression/anxiety, thinking he wasn't good enough to do anything in life( deep i know).
I'm stressing the had bc without it him coming here I'm sure he would still have depression and anxiety.
So the rundown went like this: your child starts out in the beginners class(new student)
They are in that class until one of

I bought a Groupon that included 16 classes for my 5 year old daughter. My daughter's teacher is great! Kids can earn "green light" awards after each class. My daughter attends once a week and has earned a green light each week. Each week she knows how many she's earned and how many more she needs to get to 12. Her teacher said when they earn 12 you turn them in at the front desk and the next class they are presented with a silver star in class. I let her teacher know after her 12th class that my daughter now had 12 awards and he reminded me to turn them in at the front

Keene's ATA school is not just about teaching self defense, although that is soooo important these days. They taught my son how to become a better person learning hard work, discipline, honor, respect and how to overcome hardships. These things are not taught in traditional school anymore!!!

Keene's ATA was probably the best thing that happened in my childhood. They not only taught me Taekwondo, but they taught me respect, courage, integrity, perseverance, confidence... the list goes on. I transferred to another school for awhile because it was much closer to home and much easier on my parents. While it was a good school, I didn't like… it because there was no discipline. My parents heard me out and agreed that Keene's was best for me. I still pull out my gear every now and then and practice what I can remember. Once my work schedule allows, I will definitely be coming back

In 3 months our son James has learned so much from Mr. Green. We love that they teach the kids honor and self control. James had a lot of medical issues when he was younger. We noticed that he was always… reaching out for a hand to help walk down a hill or rocky areas. In this short time he has been with Keene's ATA James is confident in his balance and is running down mountain sides(which makes moms heart sink lol) We are so thankful for the strength he is building inside his body and the skills he is learning that can be used in real life situations. I would highly recommend Keene's ATA

I wanted to take a few moments and rave about Master Keene's ATA. If you're serious about learning Teakwondo, this is one fantastic school to be a part of.
Master Keene's ATA is dedicated to making you get the solid fundamentals of this awesome martial art. The staff is courteous, and every instructor, is just fantastic.

As I was looking through old pictures with my girls we came across some pictures of all 3 of us at tournaments, in class, and just hanging out with our TKD family. It was an AMAZING experience at Keene's ATA for my girls and myself to say the least. My girls were 5 and 8 years old when we started, they both achieved their Black Belt and 2 Degree… Black Belts. They are now great leaders in school, and team sports, they learned so much while at Keene's ATA. They are now 11 and 14 and yes they miss their TKD family soo very much that we often discuss returning. If you are looking for something

We have had our 8 year old son enrolled for a month and he absolutely loves it. They offer really great start-up specials so you can take the time you need to decided if this is something for you. He really liked it so we are going forward, very exciting!
The instructors are patient and let the students go at their own pace. They are also firm but friendly and make the students laugh sometimes. Most classes are only half an hour, so you are in and out! The only reason I didnt give them five stars is because the studio is pretty small so when the classes are full there is little room to sit.
