Recently, I received an awesome service from the company Hilsher Group. I was planning to buy a house. I contacted via email with Ashley Agee about arranging an inspection. It was Sunday. Nevertheless, with prompt help from Ashley I could complete all preliminary work on the same day so to begin the inspection on next day, Monday. The inspector Johnason is a highly educated and professional person. His report described in detail using picture and text various aspects of the house. Really disappointed with this company. They refused to record the foundation measurements, which is really the most critical part of a home inspection in Houston. They did take the measurements, but they didn't tell me them or record them on the inspection report. Why? Because they "weren't of concern". But at the same time the acknowledged they are not foundation specialists and referred me to a foundation company. After I paid them nearly $500 for an inspection! Look elsewhere for an inspection, this company is completely irresponsible and a waste of money.

They were able to quickly schedule an inspection for us, within 2 days of the call. Steve, our inspector, called us at our convenience the day if the inspection to discuss his report. He was so informative, down to earth, and knowledgeable. His honesty is so appreciated!!! Not to mention, they were less expensive than another company I called. Highly recommend.

Everything went wonderfully during my home inspection! I was extremely satisfied with Coleman’s work and had the opportunity to walk around the property as he explained his areas of concern. He was very precise, which was much appreciated as a first time home buyer. The next day, I had received an email from a representative asking if I had any questions about the report and checking in which I appreciated as well.

Mark was great and gave us a lot of information. He is very thorough. The report was very objective and useful to us. A home purchaser would be very unlikely to be able to go into such detail .
Largely based on this report we declined to purchase. The price of the inspection was well worth the expense. What a small cost to avoid major issues .

I have used this company for two homes already. Byron Lee is the best. He is thorough, detailed, honest and you can tell he just loves what he does. Such a positive vibe around him even when the house inspection isn’t going very well. He has so much knowledge. I completely trust this man with every house I have inspected. I am in the process of purchasing a home and Ryan met me and my realtor at the property. He had to leave because he mistakenly left his tools; however, he came back immediately and began his work. Ryan was professional and allowed me to ask questions. He also took the time to show me how different things worked in the home. At the end, Ryan took his time in showing me his findings, in front of the realtor, and appeared honest and forthcoming in discussing his findings. I am grateful that Ryan was my inspector because he put me at ease and I definitely believe that I am purchasing a great home!

My clients love working with you. HG uses a tablet during the inspection and the convenience of receiving the inspection report at the end of the inspection makes everyones life so much easier. My clients can usually schedule an inspection for the next day. Marilyn is amazing and all of the inspectors I've worked with have been on time, great communication, and very thorough. Five stars!

On time. Very detailed. Used fox for the first house and they totally overcharged me. This guys report was just as thorough. Took him 3 hours then he went through each thing step by step with my husband and I. They even have a feature where you can pull straight from the report and create a document for renegotiation. Would use them again if needed.
