I came here on August 9th because I needed a new dentist and they had amazing reviews. My appointment was at 2 pm but I got there about 15 minutes early just in case I had extra paperwork to fill out. No one was at the front desk, it looked like staff was helping clients in the back. Few minutes pass and a woman with her daughter arrive and it looked like she was just trying to get helped before me. Then another guy shows and stands at the desk so that he’s helped first, it’s already passed 2 pm. He gets checked in first, then I had to make it known I was there first and got checked in, then

Okay, so I am so glad to have found out about Pearl Dentistry! I was seeking a new dentist and dental office after moving around. This is the place to go! Doctor Lu is very knowledgable, and although she points out and addresses all of your problems, she is willing to give advice and answer all your questions very patiently! I have periodontal/gum disease, and I was so nervous about going to the dentist. Doctor Lu has a plan and very specific as to WHY you should get a certain treatment. We had been going to another family dentist for years & I finally ventured out, as I was no longer happy. My children are usually very nervous going to the dentist, but this time around my daughter felt very comfortable. Dr. Lu & her assistant including the front office staff, were all very welcoming from the minute we walked into the front door. I ended up booking the hole family with Dr. Lu. Our 8yo son had a emergency baby root canal at Pearl Dentistry. The office accommodated our short notice urgency and made time to care for my son. Dr Lu and Dr Justin were very patient and gentle through out the process that my son was very happy that the whole procedure didn’t cause him any pain.
