What they have promised for rent increase not more than $20 when we moved in but they are asking $120 more which is ridiculous!!! My rent was $1850 now they asking $1970!! It’s outrageous!! They don’t even consider any subsidy or adjustments for existing client. They ask high market price. It’s horrible the way going in station pointe apartment units!!! Ps laundry unit is junk and it caused damage to more than $600 worth of my clothes and there is no place to fold clothes!!!

I've lived here over 10 years, I love it here. The management team and maintenance r very caring and helpful. I've been treated very fair and respected. I'm very happy here along with my children and my grandkids. They always try to accommodate u and ur needs. The location is perfect to stores, highways, and schools.

I have been living here for almost 4 years now with my family. It is a Great place but most of all, the management team is the best. They are really understanding, supportive and really care for you and your well being. I have never seen any management team work with their tenants the way they do. It is so amazing to me! All I can say is that I am truly greatful for living here. And thank the team for the support especially in this season. 👏💯👍🙏👊❤

I lived there Around 6 months with my family and we absolutely loved it! Management is the best They did everything they can to make it easy for us especially during the pandemic. Beautiful clean and safe environment great for kids. We lived there during the winter I can't imagine how lovely it would be in the summer times with the pool open. give it a try you’ll love it!

I have been a resident here 8 years and thankfully im moving. Through the grace of God i escaped a horrifying domestic violence relationship. I found out that the property manager Colleen was fully intending to lease an apartment to my abuser, fully knowing of the abuse and circumstances. Considering Colleen knows my daughter and me its disturbing that she never cared about me or my autistic daughters well being or safety. Apparently money trumps human life in her World. Also there's a group of about 20 people who smoke weed all day directly next to the property playground and across the street

Lost my key fob to the main office reported it lost they told me it was 50 dollars to replace they needed to order it and it would be added into rent moved out two years later still waiting for my key fob. Office staff is horrible never answer the phones or return calls have to literally go in and talk to them to accomplish anything. Had two pools my first year there than never opened one of them the second year. Snow removal was a 50 50 hit or miss there were days I’d leave with knee deep snow not shoveled. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
