This community has an affordable rental program for select apartments. Please contact us if you would like a rental application mailed to you or they may be picked up in person at 9 Bonney Lane Mansfield, MA 02048. The application can also be downloaded here. Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the rental application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older.

This apartment complex is suppose to be non-smoking. But it is not strictly enforced. I have a condition known as Barrett's asophagus. It is a precancerous condition of the asophagus. One of the things I am strictly not to be exposed to is second hand smoke. The people in the apartment directly bellow me are smokers. When they smoke in their apartment, it comes right up through the walls into my apartment. There have been occasions when the second hand smoke has gotten so bad that I have had to leave my bedroom and on one occasion, I had to leave the apartment all together. I have complained to

As I just got off the phone with Ruth she was EXTREMELY rude to me. Told me that my 670 credit score falls under poor and that they wont even consider looking at my application because of this reason. Last year I attempted to apply to there NASTY roach infested building in North Attleboro they also denied me and told me to try again after I worked on my credit and reapply.

My husband and I have been here since September and we love it here! Our two bedroom apartment is the perfect size for us and we love having a balcony. There’s plenty of parking near my building. There is a laundry area in the basement, as well as a gym, pool, and recreation room in the main office building. The area is super quiet at night!
Dave works in the office & he is awesome! Anytime my husband has asked him about something, he is always very attentive and handles things promptly. The maintenance team is great too, they have fixed a few things in my apartment within a couple days of me
