If I could give zero I would. As someone coming trying to come in as a new client, this experience was a nightmare. I was told minutes before my appointment that I would have to pay $400 dollars out of pocket because there was an insurance with my insurance. Despite the fact that my insurance was active and working.i should have been told the day prior to prevent myself from missing a whole day of work. Furthermore, I just wanted a check-up and cleaning, but there were added procedures. In addition to that, their next available appointment would be July 2022. The front staff needed to develop a

I had a really bad toothache and they got me in and taken care of! I could not be more happy with the services I have received at University Family Dentistry and specifically Dr. Hamrick. I am a nervous patient with childhood dental trauma but Dr. Hamrick and her staff are kind, courteous and highly professional, and they always put me at ease. I highly recommend them, and I have heard very positive feedback about their colleagues in the office e as well.

Extremely polite and accommodating. The staff went the extra mile to print out insurance information and worked with us to set an appointment date at a reasonable time. Best experience at a dental office yet. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally generous while Dr. Dickens and her assistant Haiti walked me through everything, all the while keeping a positive and uplifting attitude. University Family Dentistry are always very friendly and caring. The dr’s want to make sure you understand what is going on.
I called this morning and given an appointment for September but when the dr heard want was going on they called me back to come in today. They told me that I would be worked in but there wasn’t a long wait only maybe 15 minutes. I had plan on being there all afternoon. They are wonderful and so glad to be one of their patients.
