Lisa Gordon never dreamed she'd end up celebrating 30 years of owning a business in Taos when she came for a Halloween party in 1979. She'd been traveling with no real agenda, but she immediately felt comfortable in Taos and decided to stay. We are proud of the fact that we are truly a Taos original, being the first copy shop to open in this community.
Copy Queen was founded in 1980 by Lisa Gordon; Lisa has more than 40 years experience in the copy industry and is actively involved in the shops daily functions. Nicole at Copy Queen does all my prints for me, they are fast, friendly and do great work. Their prints are richer in color than other small printers in town.

I called Copy Queen for the elderly lady I assist. She needed to have some documents shredded, and I thought maybe Copy Queen did that. No one answered when I called during business hours. I left a message with my phone number, and a very sweet and helpful woman called me back. Unfortunately, Copy Queen doesn't shred documents, but the woman who returned my call was so nice and helpful, and suggested I ask at the elderly lady's bank. Good advice!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Extremely rude and very poor and cheap quality work. I've tried to support this local business and have been extremely disappointed each time. Don't waste your time or money here; they do not care if your print is not right, could literally care less. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

I have been a customer here over 20 years. Today I questioned the $7 charge for emailing 2 scanned items. The owner accused me of insulting her and refused to offer me service. To top it off she told me I was a bad person and that all she does is help people. ??? I do not recommend any services offered here, unless luck has it that the owner is in a customer friendly mood. 9-5 Shipping offered me the service for $3.
