I went here with the elderly woman I was assisting. She needed some documents scanned and attached to an email. A worker was outside when we pulled up and walked over to the passenger side of the car when I indicated the passenger was the one who needed help. The elderly lady explained what she needed, as customers were not allowed in the store. (Not sure if that has changed since we were there.) The worker seemed to get everything done that the elderly lady asked for. The worker was friendly and smiled.

I had to print a black and white shipping label to USPS a package. I emailed the document to them, they printed it (they offered to cut it down to size, which I thought was very nice), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did think that the price was pretty steep--$2.39 to print one, one-sided black and white page. I don't think the pricing was quite right for this particular service, but I imagine they would put quite a lot of care into helping with bigger or more complicated jobs.

These folks are fantastic. I spend 2-3 nights a week in Taos and where I stay I do not have access to a scanner or printer. It is extremely easy to conduct all of my business while on the road because the folks at 9to5 are always able to scan, print, receive emails, and send emails for me when I need them to. All that I ever personally need is my IPhone. They are also always quick,accurate and reasonably priced.

We were in Taos on vacation and had accumulated a large pile of different shaped boxes and knick-knacks we wanted to ship home. 9 to 5 did an excellent job for us.
They figured out the most efficient packaging and everything arrived carefully and expertly packed . I am quite impressed with the thought they put into packaging our items in a way that did not waste packing materials but also kept everything snug and tidy.
