Before we provide care services to our clients in their homes, a registered nurse or therapist visits you and conducts an assessment of your home care needs. Under the direction of your physician, we develop a care plan specifically for you or your loved one. This plan will satisfy care requirements that are unique to the health conditions of each patient we attend to.
Diamond Home Health Care is looking for qualified, professional, caring and dedicated medical and non-medical care givers who are dedicated to patients. We hire Registered Nurses, Licensed Professional Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Administrative personnel.
Persons with acute illnesses or conditions that require skilled services of a nurse and/or therapist qualify for home health care. Home health care is prescribed by a physician. Generally, hospital case managers or social workers arrange for home health care for individuals being discharged from the hospital.

I have given Diamond Home Healthcare so many chances to correct all their errors in scheduling and No Show and/or Missed Home Care visits and lack of communication with me. It is excessive when it comes to care that this company has 'No Back-Up" and doesn't have enough staff to get a Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist scheduled. Once again another day -- No Nursing or Occupational Therapist showed up. It is time to get another Home Health Care company. Moving On .... Do NOT recommend Diamond Home Healthcare.
