Alarys Home Care
Since 2004, Alarys Home Care has had a team of experienced leaders, dedicated support staff, and compassionate caregivers. Alarys Home Care has quickly become a leader in home care services in Scottsdale, AZ and the surrounding areas. We maintain some of the highest standards in the industry and are consistently praised by our satisfied clients and their families.

Alarys Home Care provides 24 hour customer service with a live voice at the other end of the line. Our caregivers are matched based on an individualized plan of care for each client, based on their needs as well as their personal preferences. Alarys Home Care provides respite opportunities to relieve family members of basic caregiving responsibilities, offering partial or complete assistance.
Services
Alarys Home Care has provided 24 hour home care in Arizona since 2004. Nearly 100% of adults requiring on-going care would prefer to receive in home health care in Phoenix rather than move into a long-term care facility. This is not just more comfortable for them, it is often more effective in managing their care and more affordable overall for the family.
There is simply nothing more important than trusting the agency you choose. True peace of mind depends on it. Alarys Home Care is an Arizona state licensed homecare agency providing a wide range of homecare services. Our standards are exacting in ways that few other homecare companies can meet. Our staff of Scottsdale caregivers are committed to providing the absolute best quality of care with a customized care plan suited to your specific needs.
With an ever growing population of aging seniors, the need for individualized home health care is growing every year. The adult children of parents who are aging may live thousands of miles away in different cities, states, or even countries, and could be unable to provide the kind of personal 24-hour home care their parents need.
Millions of Americans are doing their best to juggle the daily demands of work, home, children and caring for aging parents or someone who is disabled or ill. Given the choice, almost any adult would choose to have an in-home caregiver instead of a care facility. The benefits of having an in-home caregiver are many, beginning with the fact that your loved ones can stay at home.
Realizing that a loved one needs in-home care is a sometimes a sobering realization, but the fact is that many adult children who take on the care of their aging parents, or parents who have children with special needs, or spouses who are responsible for the care of an ill or injured mate, simply cannot handle the responsibilities of everyday life in addition to caring for a loved one.

This is by far the worst company to ever be employed with! The admin is completely disorganized and has 0 communication skills! I was hired through alarys to start caregiving for my father, and because the office has no communication with one another the company clears me to start working for a whole week then withhold my pay and says they dropped the pay & aren't going to pay me. I do not recommended working for this company at all

I've worked for Alarys for 5 years. I've found them to be a great company to work for. They care about their employees and caregivers, as well as the clients that they serve. The hours are flexible and the choice of types of work are many.

I work in the same office building as the alarys home care office in Scottsdale. I am seriously scared to go to the public restroom in our building because of the sketchy characters that work in the Alarys office. They look like they hire people from a prison release program. The women walk around with see through tops, mini skirts, all tattooed up, dreadlocks. They are dressed completely inappropriately for an office environment. I would NEVER use these people to take care of a senior in my family. These people are the dregs of society.

Please don’t trust this place with your loved ones.
The pandemic has had me reflecting on the experience I had working here. It has been weighing on my mind and chest and I know I should have written this review sooner.
I worked here as the receptionist/recruiting assistant for three months and I’m telling you, they will hire ANYONE as a caregiver. I myself have been a caregiver. My father is a medical doctor, I grew up with a disabled sister and went through extensive caregiver training so I like to think I know my stuff.
They are so desperate for bodies that they hire people that have

I have used different home care agencies (7 in total) since 2008. Until Alarys, I have not been satisfied with any of them.
I have been a patient with Alarys since November 2016 and find them to be highly professional, well-organized and extremely competent. The Alarys staff have always been kind, courteous, friendly and very accommodating.
Thank you Alarys for being so helpful and considerate. You are truly an asset to the care giving industry and well deserving of this recognition.

I have been using Alarys for over 6 months now. I have found they miscommmunicate alot and I really don't think there is any training. They are supposed to help me prepare more meals and half of the ones I have gotten don't even know how to cook. I'm lucky if I get the same person every day anymore. They have sent me people so unprofessional and dirty I just asked him to leave, yet, they would not reimburse my time. There's not one person in charge and I'm amazed they are still in business. Personally if you ate considering using them I would look further.

Alarys has done an amazing job of building an attentive, responsive and caring team of caregivers and staff. I highly recommend you reach out to them if your loved one is in need of home based care. Anyone I have referred to them has been in great hands and has had nothing but compliments for the whole agency!

This company is horrible to work for and even worse to care for your loved ones. I worked there for a few months only, they wanted me to sit in a training class for a total of 24 hours w/o pay. Training that I already have btw. What company does that? Who can afford that, especially working for little pay?

If they were to treat employees well I'm sure they would gain valuable, caring employees. However, that is not the case. Keep searching for another company, pass this one please.

David and the entire staff at Alarys has been absolutely incredible. My grandmother has been treated so kindly and ably, and they have accommodated every request we have asked for. I feel fortunate having just recently moved her to Arizona, that my grandmother has found Alarys.
