Our experience as a family with Spectrum caring for our daughter in one of their medical group homes, was not ideal. I would say, sub-par. There were several occasions that I was forced to ask them to follow her Dr's protocol which was met with resistance. Incidents of abuse occurred and now that she has returned home, we are dealing with all kinds of behavior that was never managed correctly with staff. They will lie to you to get your family member in the door but don't keep their promises. Expensive medical equipment of my daughter's were ruined and the staff stole many items from her over her
