Car broke down coming back to Buffalo with the family from the Adirondacks. Luckily, limped into Ralph's Sunday about 6pm. Got a taxi to the Days Inn and called Ralph's Monday at 8am and told them I was at Days Inn. John fixed my car by about 10am, despite most likely having other cars already lined up. Called John the next day from home and he answered my questions. Great job guys!!! I had already dropped my car off before reading all the positive reviews. They were true!

I had my vehicle towed to the garage for a quote on repairs. They quoted $1100 for a water pump repair. Next garage I called quoted me $600. I paid for my tow and they tried to hold my vehicle hostage until I paid for another hour of their “labor”. I sat down in their waiting area and very peacefully tried to reason with their mechanic, at which point he yelled at me for several minutes unprovoked. Had to threaten legal action to get my van and the icing on the cake was the mechanic had removed pieces from my engine in a grimy ploy to force me to use their garage.

What started as a horrible day (with my care literally shutting off on my way to work while driving) ended great due to the service received from Ralph's Complete Auto Repair. First time customer, work in the area but live in Syracuse, so I was in a panic about what I thought could be a major problem which might leave me without transportation. From the ladies (Chris and Margaret) who put up with my annoying calls to the competence of the mechanics, my day ended much better than I thought it would. Great service, sensitive to my concerns, responsive, and extremely fair pricing for services delivered
