No coffee in waiting room. STAFF eats in front of and while helping costumers. Waited 6.5 hours for vehicle to be repaired a second time because repairs originally paid for were not done correctly. Car was never road tested after orginal repairs which would have saved me a second visit and the evil eye from owner as I questioned how this happened?? Second mechanic, Very knowledgeable, personable and efficient at diagnosis of faulty repairs. Only reason I would give this place any stars.

I brought my car in on just a couple days notice to have new tires mounted and balanced, and to have a four wheel alignment. The team at Big 4 Tire completed the work in just a few hours, despite being obviously very busy. They then took the time to explain what they found on the alignment.
Courteous, professional staff providing service in a reasonable amount of time... I'll continue to turn to them for automotive needs.

Great people to work with. Gave me a reasonable price to switch my snow tires on my car and they put them in a bag without me asking. Totally impressed. I also talked with them on some concerns I have on my car and they answered my questions. I feel they are reasonably priced and I find them so much more friendly than some other garages. Definitely will be back.

As I was driving my tire popped on 04/04. My car didn't come with a spare and I travel for work so I needed a new one ASAP. My dad took it in to Big 4 Tire for me the same day and I had a new tire in a couple of hours. On 04/07 I woke up to a deflated tire and after putting air in it you could hear the air coming out. So today Monday 04/09 I took it in right at 8:30 thinking a mistake might have been made when the tire was glued to the rim. By 11 am my tire was done and they had told me there was a screw in the tire but they fixed it for me no charge no questions asked. Thank you for the amazing

My brother recommended this place to me because he has been having his repairs and tires done here for years and never had a problem + they have always been honest with him & more than fair i.e. one time there was something he thought needed to be replaced and they so no, it only needed to be tightened- and they did it for free!

This was a difficult revaluation for me, since I had high regard for their services until about a year ago. I suddenly started to experience significant problems with repairs done to both of my cars and so did a friend who I had unfortunately recommended go there for repairs. They said they fired the guy responsible, but it's unclear if the quality has returned. So, for now,I can't recommend this place which is quite sad for me to say.
