Patuxent is my insurance company but I pay AIC. I canceled my insurance policy but Patuxent range didn't send the paperwork in for another 30 days which caused me to have to owe for an extra month, I've called Patuxent and AIC both, and they want me to just pay it and neither are really helping me out to resolve issue. Aic blames patuxent and they blame aic making it extremely hard to just cancel this contract. I've emailed, faxed, and mailed in paperwork to just cancle 1 policy its outrageous. Makes you feel helpless enough to just give em the money anyways even tho there wrong!!! MDe every payment
