My insurance agent is no longer with State Farm so they switched me to Scott Covington. Not only did this person never reach out to me to initiate a new customer relationship, I reached out via phone and email and 2+ weeks later I still haven't heard from him. I would not recommend an insurance agent that can't be bothered to talk with his clients.

I was with another agent for a couple of years and their service was really terrible. Never answered the phone and it took always almost 2 days to respond to my email. On the other hand, Scott's office staffs have been always caring and easy to reach out. I would definitely recommend Scott's office if anyone is looking for a state farm agent in College Park, Hyattsville, and Greenbelt area!
