We needed someone to put out trailer tires on for us because the ones on it blew out and noone would help us. Well our last try we went to pratts and the boy that was working I didn't catch his name but he didn't hesitate he just told us to pull up and he had us done in less than 10 minutes. So my husband took him a tip and he did not want to take the tip but we insisted because we like to show appreciation to hard working ppl and he is a hard worker. I wish I'd caught his name but I didn't. So I absolutely recommend Pratts if you need any work to your vehicle done. They'll take care of you.

Most expensive labor rates in town, does good work but definitely nothing noteworthy and most certainly going to pay for the seniority. Gets you out on the guaranteed day but there service is definitely nothing noteworthy ether and that’s why my review is negative. Bought a interstate battery from this business and I thought the post was backwards originally but really the sticker was put on the wrong side. They did nothing to fix the issue as it was brought up (battery prepaid for), I bought the core back to use in the car because if I wanted to have a plain black battery with a green top than

Quick, friendly, and professional. I needed new tires on my travel trailer and they were able to get on 4 new tires in under 40 minutes. They were busy, too. Their front door never stopped opening and closing while I waited. If I am in the area and need work done, I will use them again! Thanks!

The place was super fast and super accommodating with my schedule! As a mom of 3 little ones that means a lot! I usually take my van to Discount Tire but always have to wait for a crazy long time for a tire rotation. So when I came here I expected a bit of a wait but instead I was out in less than 10 min! And I’m more than happy to pay $20 for that! Super happy and will definitely be coming back!
