I always knew that I wanted to spend my life helping people. I didn't know exactly what path I would take to get there but helping others was in my blood. My grandfather obtained his PhD in psychology from Columbia, and my dad has spent nearly 40 years as a forensic psychiatrist. So it wasn't a surprise when I chose to major in psychology in undergrad before going to medical school.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), 40 million American adults are affected by anxiety. In addition, it is estimated that about 85% of Americans with depression also suffer from anxiety disorders. At Counseling 406, I am dedicated to offering support to individuals suffering from anxiety.
From North I-90 Reserve street exit: Head south on US-93/N Reserve St for 4.6 miles to Dearborn Ave (just past South Avenue). Turn right onto Dearborn Ave and follow for 0.2 miles. Continue onto Fort Missoula Rd for 0.1 miles and turn right. Your destination will be on the right. From Highway 93 South: At the intersection of Reserve St, head north on US-93/S Reserve St for 0.8 miles.
