Always super friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about whatever questions you ask and constantly trying to help for whatever you need. Always comfortable with them.

It was a really nice place. The staff were all kind and friendly. Although it is a little tucked into the back it’s a great place.

I had had a terrible toothache all night! I was in pain and they got me in early, and were very kind and got it taken care of. They were awesome.. from the office personnel to the dentist!

Horribly disappointed. First, they don’t deliver on the promise of gentle dentistry. At all. For them that seems to translate into awkward baby talk about “what’s gonna happen with your appointment today, okay?” followed by dentistry as usual.
Secondly, their billing system is awful. We paid in full and still received a bill in the mail. Then they took AN ENTIRE MONTH to get back to us about it. Don’t waste your time here.

So far this is my first trip here. I am petrified of dentists from past experience. They kept me in the informed and took things slow. We have developed a plan which I appreciate. Thank you

I have dental anxiety so finding a dentist that I'm comfortable with can be challenging. I hit the jackpot here at Jordan landing smiles. I need quite a bit of dental work done and they have been welcoming, kind and they really listen. Then add on that they're open on Saturdays makes them a stellar place! Thank you to everyone there for making my experiences great!

Dr. Powell is great. However his front billing staff is very much lacking in professionalism and customer service. I was a patient of his for the last 6-7 years but will never be going back. Avoid his office if you don’t want a horrible billing experience. It used to be good but since he changed his billing company or staff it has gone downhill. We have always paid our part and I am fine paying for services rendered even if the insurance opts to decline coverage. However to get a 1st bill in the mail from his office stating the insurance did not cover and then handwritten on the bill stating

Dr. Powell and the whole crew at Jordan Landing Smiles are the best of the best! This is a very high tech office that provides painless and skilled dental work as well as thorough cleaning by the dental hygienist. They take the time to answer your questions and make you comfortable. They care… and keep me smiling with beautiful teeth!

Friendly service, I had to go there to get a tooth extracted and my dentist was closed that day.
According to the one experience I had work them, they seem to charge above average. I'm a full time student, single, without insurance. I was charged $ 353 (With discounts) for a non-surgical tooth extraction, paid partially in cash and the rest on a debit card.
Another thing that I don't see in many businesses, one of the slides showing in the monitor specifically asks for Google reviews. Not a bad practice per say, but unusual.
