In all our mental health groups for teens and young adults, the goal is to connect, be seen, and practice tools to improve communication, emotion regulation, and self-awareness.At ECS, we know that emotion doesn't always come out through words. That's why group is fun, engaging, and creative. We regularly use a variety of mediums including paint, collages, masks, music, colors, and aromatherapy to assist group members with self-expression.
