Services
In my work, I provide a judgement free and shame free zone. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, with an emphasis in working through trauma, and brain-body type of treatments (such as EMDR, and Brainspotting). I provide EMDR therapy to individuals seeking a consistent, and thorough approach to alleviate symptoms or issues possibly from 6-12 sessions.
Everyone needs support at times to work through life stressors, changes, and illness. Even if you are seeking help with relationships or managing your emotions and thoughts, you can do this through individual therapy. Give yourself a safe space to get support for whatever is weighing on your shoulders.
Individual session $120/ 50 minute session or Group Sessions held monthly $45 for 90 minutes. Nicole is a consultant in training under approved consultant Alicia Avila, LMFT (www.aliciaavila.com). A Consultant in training can provide up to 15 hours towards your certification hours. This is a wonderful option if you are simply looking for additional support and guidance post-basic training, or to work towards your certification hours.
Nicole provides psychosocial assessments for those petitioning for extreme hardship waivers and VAWA. For the assessments, Nicole meets with each client two different times, for a total of about 3 hours. Unlike many other types of psychosocial evaluations, Immigration assessments are quite in-depth.
My private pay session rates are $150 per 50 minute session and $270 per 90 minute session. Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, credit or debit card are accepted. There are various reasons why clinicians do not accept insurance or some insurance plans. Some insurance plans unfortunately do not have their panels open to accept new providers.
