I went to Minden's with some diamond jewelry from my mother's estate looking to either sell or trade in for something up to date that I would wear. I met Leslie and she took the time to sit with me and talk about options. She made suggestions about taking my current diamonds and letting someone make new jewelry out of them. I left and looked at lots of pictures on the internet of stuff I liked. I went back the next day and showed Leslie what I liked and they were able to take what I had and make new beautiful pieces for me! What they made for me is beyond what I would have expected! No need to shop any where else! Michael Minden personally helped my husband and I pick out the most beautiful eternity band. He knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations for this piece. He went above and beyond by not sizing it down to fit my finger, but actually recreated it so it was perfect for me and my hand. If we could give more stars we would! From the moment we came in Pamela and Leslie were so kind and friendly. I was looking for a wrap/enhancer for my engagement ring. They made every effort to figure out what king of wrap I wanted. Michael himself came down and went through a bunch of choices one by one to help me narrow down what I wanted. He really made an effort to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for and that I was happy with my selection. My family has been using Michael for as long as I can remember, and ive seen some pretty amazing custom pieces he has made for my mom and when the time came for me to get married they made my wife a custom ring that was absolutely perfect!
