CHALLENGE: A top-tier Drilling Contractor wanted to ensure compliance with the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement's (BSEE) newly proposed Well Control Rule (WCR) for the Gulf of Mexico. In order to ensure success, the Client wanted independent third party help to better understand and then consolidate requirements as well as create discreet activities to ensure compliance.
Frank Sklenka has over 30 years of experience and leadership of teams focused on deep water drilling equipment and pressure control systems design, manufacturing and implementation. Prior to forming LinRich Solutions, Frank was President of two AXON Energy Products divisions - Subsea Products division and Drilling Products division.
David Squires has over 22 years of experience leading engineering and project management teams tasked primarily with complex subsea equipment projects. Prior to forming LinRich Solutions, David was Vice President of Project Management for two divisions of AXON Energy Products, including their Subsea Products division.
