Pioneer Roofing installed a 3200 square foot TPO roof on my rental back in the fall of 2013. The roof is holding up really well. The price was very reasonable and the customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Mason was great at explaining the issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We had other roofing companies look at our roof and Mason was the only one that told us we could do some inexpensive repairs and make our roof last a couple years longer, the other companies pushed a whole new roof.

Pioneer was responsive, fair, knowledgeable, and generally just super easy to work with. After the earthquake and the hurricane, I wanted my swamp cooler removed (my neighborhood got wrecked by the hurricane). Getting quotes was quite an adventure: some companies were scheduling weeks out just for a quote and others came out and tried to convince me I needed a ton of other work done (my roof is ~5 years old). John from Pioneer responded immediately, provided a competitive quote, and Mason came out within the week to do the job. Mason was very knowledgable (confirmed my roof looked great and answered

These guys (Mason and John?) assured me they would come by to fix my leaking roof. "If he said he will be there, he will be there." Oops, ran into a problem. "I'm the owner, I'll be there first thing Monday." Nope. Frustrating. The other review said they do a good job. Wish I had a chance to verify!
