I have been here for close to a year. The staff have surpassed my expectations!! Any maintenance repairs, no matter how miniscule, are handled promptly, courteously, and with great respect to my home! Kathy goes ABOVE and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness and makes herself available whenever the need should arise! You can really tell she loves what she does!! Positive changes have been occurring since day one and I'm super excited to see it all play out!! What a great asset you have here at Dominium!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to give recognition where it is deserved. The entire team at Enclave at Pine Oaks has been so fantastic and easy to work with. From a quick painless move in(almost 5 years ago now!!) to now moving on to future adventures. Kathy is by far the BEST office manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. These last few years living at Enclave have been a great experience thanks to her! She goes above and beyond to ensure her residents are happy and everything is ran appropriately. Her love and compassion for what she does stands out and I truly believe she makes

Is this a fraudulent website? There are phone numbers and they do not reach the facility. And there is no E-mail available. Something is very sketchy about this location. Could someone provide an E-mail? I would contact the Better Business Bureau first about this. Then continue up the latter is this is not taken care of. Why is this location so secretive? Urgently contact providing an E-mail of the company running this facility.

The worst place I have ever rented from! Beware do not move here! First off I never got any complaints the first year until the last few months when the new management took over. I have been getting complaints which I know isn't true, I say that because I'm barely home, I NEVER have any company due to the fact I try to be respectable of my neighbors, it's just me and my two little kids which they never run around ever there kids so their not going to sit down 24/7. I couldn't even live comfortably due to the fact if I make a little sound which the floors and walls are very sensitive have to worry

Of my 500 security deposit because I did not clean toilets the stove as well as other things. Clean Freak Here. I didn't leave any trash there! Have pictures to prove it. I could go on for days. Received $260 on my $500 security deposit. They claim they had to have the air ducts in the AC unit cleaned because I smoked in the house. Do not rent from these people. They do dirt.

I wanted to write this review because I have lived here for 4 years now, and I seen that the place was getting a bad rep online because of a couple people ripping the new management. Let me say this, the new management has been a HUGE blessing. Jaclyn is truly amazing. She is professional, yet really sweet, and goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of. I don't dread going up there when I have an issue.The old management was very unorganized and I had several administrative errors that I had to deal with. The new management has helped me through a couple minor issues, and the maintenance
