New Main Manager is awful. Not friendly. Doesnt seem to be a people person at all. We do not go down to the office unless its necessary! They are wayyy understaffed here especially in Maintainence. He does work hard and is great! The stairs are never cleaned. My Dad has commented on how gross they are as well as those who come to visit. Have spoken to a few others who feel the same way about new Mgt. The one part time lady is really nice. When we mkved in a yr ago we were told as soon as an opening ipen uo we could get a lower 2nd or 1st fl apt with. Y habung to climb 3 flights of stairs with my

No leasing staff or maintenance staff . Way under staffed . Trash everywhere including broken glass. Extremely loud neighbors all day and night . Homeless people walk and in and wander and sleep on the picnic benches and sidewalks. Writing on building walls . Don’t feel safe to live here and plan on breaking my lease as soon as I find another place . Way Over priced rent for what they “offer” .

We placed an application with fee of $185 plus a REQUIRED $200 holding fee. We got denied about a day after submitting due to a members criminal history (understandably) now it has been almost 3 months and still no returned deposit!! We called after being denied and when someone FINALLY answered the phone after a week of calling and leaving voicemails we where told that it would be about 2 weeks. Called again 2 and a half weeks later to be told it was sent to the accounting department and would be ANOTHER 2 weeks. We called everyday for the next month only being answered this last time to be told

Great place to live!! I moved in about 2 weeks ago. The leasing process was simple with no hidden fees. Leslie and Ashley were awesome and very communicative via e-mail to answer any questions my family had in regards to our move in. The maintenance crew are very attentive and detail oriented not to mention friendly as well. Nothing negative to say from us!! Very happy!! It is very close to everything in regards to shopping and hitting the interstate!

Time for a change! I’ve been living here for about two years. Beautiful community and it was quiet. However my neighbors leave trash outside of their apartment, children writing on stairwell walls, and leaving food all over the stairs. My upstairs neighbors children jump up and down all day and it is just annoying especially since I’m sleep during the day and work at night. Before they moved in it was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay and now I’m just over it. The office staff is very nice and respond to my emails in a timely manner. I missed the old maintenance workers, they were fast
