If you get the chance to have Jeff Parker as your landlord, take it! We were immediately impressed by the quality of the remodel. It's clear that time and money was spent between tenants to make the home feel clean & comfortable and look great! High quality appliances were added, and Jeff went way out of his way to get the home ready for us quickly. (We made the mistake of trusting photos from a different property management company prior to moving). Parker Realty is by far the best we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All of the agents are helpful and are extremely knowledgeable. We used Parker Realty to sell our home (sold in 2 weeks by the way) used them to purchase a brand new home from a builder, and also used them to sell my mothers mobile home in Elk Grove.
