I purchased a home where Gary Mann Realty (Jason Hall) represented the seller. When I took possesion of the home, the basement had garbage in it. lightbulbs were taken, all the curtain rods were missing. The garbage totes were left full, and there were empty chemical containers left in the back yard.
The front window had a hole in it.that was not there when, the home inspection was done,nor there when the appraisal was completed.
I talked to the realtor, he stated he would talk to the seller. After two weeks no response, I texted Jason Hall and he replied there was nothing he could do and "legal
