Tomlinson Real Estate was founded in 1938 when C. Verne Tomlinson started in the real estate business after selling his farm in the wake of the great depression. In 1948 William R. (Bill) Tomlinson joined the company and soon became a leading farm and ranch specialist. The '80s were transitional years.
The market seemed tangled in a dramatically deep cycle fueled by record interest rates. The company survived and as the '80s came to an end the company had re visioned itself through mergers with Spokane companies like Coldwell Banker Feldman Person and the William Main Company. Tomlinson also grew through acquisitions and partnerships beyond the brokerage business with particular emphasis on land development.

Tyson Mollotte with Coldwell Banker did an excellent job as our real estate agent. He went above and beyond to help us find the type of home we were looking for (a duplex) in the area we wanted, within our price range, and that had all the features on our wish list. He helped us make informed decisions and get everything lined up when we offered, were under contract, and eventually signed on the home. He had lots of good insights and advice, got back to us quickly whenever we needed help or had a question, and really made it a smoother, more informed, less stressful process. I highly recommend

Got a place with my wife and I left her halfway through the contract. She got evicted and I went in to clean up the mess. Spent $600 cleaning and the landlord said she'd cut me a deal since I cleaned it up. Well she lied and charged me way to much for cleaning and the reinstallation of a dishwasher that we never had along with replacing things that were never there when we moved in. And she sent me to collections without even notifying me first like she had said. Completely upset with this place.

The service we received here was far above that of the local competitors and we will certainly use the same agent/representative when we decide to sell the home we bought last year.
