Chem-Dry of Stone Oak came out this morning to tackle several stains on our downstairs carpet. John and Joseph did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They arrived early to survey the areas that needed to be cleaned. Both acted professionally and courteously. There wasn't any pressure to purchase more services. They cleaned the carpets really well and completely removed the stain. I plan to use them again in a few months.
