This morning I was driving the speed limit on the 147 towards Durham. The driver in the vehicle shown below began tailgating me at 60mph. I had noticed him in my rearview mirror driving recklessly, weaving in and out of traffic. I found it odd that he was in such a rush at 8:00am in the morning.
He tailgated me for two or three miles while I maintained

I recently saw your TV ad. It reminded me I hadn't given you my feedback/review for the great customer service I received in Feb. Nic, the service tech came out to check my heat on the same day I called. He was on time, professional and took the time to literally show me the issue with the heat exchanger & inducer motor. Parts were ordered.. he & Aaron returned a couple of weeks later to make repairs. They had my heat back on in less than 2 hrs. WE HAVE COLD AC AGAIN!!! I cannot say enough great things about this company, they never fail to get things done on time. I've used them twice and each time they came out the same day. They always fix what needed to be done in a short amount of time. JD is always very nice over the phone and makes sure he can get someone out for me, for example I called this morning around 8:30am and someone was here within 30 mins! Nic was great to work with, very friendly and very efficient with his work. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and replace the part just as fast after picking it up

I've had an extremely positive experience with this group. Friendly office staff (gracious even when I wasn't at my very best), full of integrity and honest with great follow-up. When it seemed that my appointment would have to be rescheduled for much later than made me comfortable, our technician came well after business hours to get my AC up and functioning. I greatly appreciate the integrity and commitment to business excellence that demonstrated and am pleased to recommend this company.

I was in a panic trying to run a business and melting from the heat at the same time. They came immediately, figured out the problem, and it was no time before I was cool again. Now having a problem with my home unit, they are coming to give me an estimate to fix that one too. I highly recommend them!

A few years ago, I was having an issue with my AC but lived outside the service area. Even though that was the case, they came out and fixed the issue and the owner came out to make sure we were all good. Fast forward to this past fall. We had moved and were having an issue again. These guys were prompt and ready to meet all my needs. Jeremy came out today and serviced our AC units. He did a great job, explaining what he was doing as he went. I'd recommend these guys to anyone having HVAC issues.

From scheduling our repair with Megan, to our AC being fixed, 919 Fix My AC has been a great experience. Our technician, Jeremy, was prompt, polite, efficient, diagnosed the issue quickly and had the dual capacitor on his truck that was needed for our unit. He switched it out & in no time, the vents were blowing cold air again! I’m so happy with the service we received. Highly recommend!
