Do you feel as though there is no way to communicate your needs without getting overly heated? Have persistent angry episodes caused problems at home, at work or school, and in your relationships? Perhaps you find that you react to any and all sensitive situations with anger, as opposed to other emotions like sadness or feelings of overwhelm.
Is pressure building up from every angle of your life, including from your interpersonal relationships? Is "should" a common word in your internal monologue, causing you to second-guess your decisions? Does it simply feel like you cannot mute your anxious thinking? Perhaps you have tried adopting new methods and approaches in the past in order to make yourself more mindful, but you find that worries creep in every time.
Do cycles of negative and anxious thinking prevent you from feeling confident in your decisions? Or maybe you are struggling with what feels like the weight of the world on your shoulders, beaten down by a seemingly never-ending cycle of bad news. Depression is a widely common condition that can present itself in a variety of ways and in a variety of people.

I am so pleased that I choose to go to Zach Baldridge Coumnseling. I contacted his office online through his website and received a very prompt response. We talked on the phone to determine the most appropriate way to start counseling, either online or in person. After my first session, I knew I had made a good decision. Mr Baldridge was/is insightful and very skilled at asking leading questions to get me started in the right direction to deal with my personal issues. I recommend him and encourage you to give him a call if you too are struggling with some issue/s.
