Horrible customer service; even worse efficiency. I scheduled a cleaning and a check up. I showed up for the scheduled appointment, waited over 30 minutes, and was then told that I could not get a cleaning that day. They didn't need to do any type of special cleaning, just a simple cleaning...I took the day off work and got childcare for my little one so that I could drive one hour for this. No one apologized, although they did try to sell me on a mouthguard for $400. I left and will not return...super disappointed about how inefficient and unprofessional this place was.

I knew that I had a fractured molar that needed to be pulled (my first). I recently looked online to research dentists that perform implants. RW Dentistry had such great reviews I called and scheduled an appointment. The receptionist (or Director Of First Impressions is the term I prefer) is so cheerful, helpful & understanding. She provided me with new patient forms prior to my appointment & got my insurance information set up in their files. I was able to get in & out quickly. You can tell that the staff all enjoy working with each other & their patients.

Everyone, the front office women, back office technician, and Dr. Wilson are so kind and friendly, as well as excellent at their jobs. I have had a dental implant and have been so surprised at how little discomfort there has been. The implant has gone smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised to realize that they do standard dentistry as well. It was a no-brained for me to select Dr. Wilson as my regular dentist as well. I am a very nervous dental patient so for me to be so comfortable is a hugely positive recommendation!

I'm so sorry it's taken me this long to write a review! First of all I have been so scared of the dentist since a horrible experience and coming here has given me so much more confidence in going to the dentist. The staff and dentist were so wonderful and accommodating especially when I experienced anxiety during a treatment. They made me feel so comfortable and helped with any questions/concerns I had. I will definitely be making this dentist my permanent dentist for myself as well as my family!

Dr Riberos is Wonderful. The most skilled dentist that held sharp tools in my mouth. Get this! He does All The Cleaning. This accounts for a lot less pain. It's faster too. I had a couple crowns. They came out great. Fit the first time What more would you want? Fair prices I think so. He's been very good for me.

Absolutely love this office and their incredible staff. The doctors are phenomenal and very patient, and the assistants are very friendly and welcoming. I normally hate going to the dentist but I look forward to seeing Dr. Wilson and his caring staff at each appointment. The office manager Cori is always smiling and helpful and talks you through the treatment plans carefully so you understand the process. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care needs.

Horrible experience!!! Do not go to this dentist office! was seen for an emergency visit as I was hit in the face and it chipped my front tooth. This office wanted me to pay full rice for the crown without even calling insurance! I asked the front desk to call and she refused saying it wouldn't be covered, even though my insurance told me it would that the office just needed to submit the correct prior authorizations with the diagnostic codes pertaining to treatment and again, she refused. I was on the phone with insurance company for over 1.5 hours when the representative told me they called

Dr. Riberos is a great dentist. I live 50 miles away and commute for his services. He is meticulous, precise, he explains the work that needs to be done and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. He legitimately cares about his patients. I recommend his practice whole heartedly. Professionalism, expertise, human care and concern, promptness, education and years of experience make him my only choice for dentist.

My husband and I moved to SJC last year and have been looking for a dentist. THANK GOODNESS we found Dr. Wilson & team! Neither of us had been to a dentist in over 2 years. Our most recent evaluations at another office left us feeling Jaded and ripped off. I was told that I had 4 cavities, a dangerously fractured tooth that needed immediate repair, smokers teeth (I have never smoked in my life) and gum disease that would be an issue for me for the rest of my life. I want to give this office 5 stars. One visit I saw Dr Wilson who filled my small cavity and I haven't had any pain or sensitivity since. My second visit I saw Dr Riberos who did my cleaning and thoroughly explained the dangers of not having routine cleanings. The Drs and staff in this office are very kind and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them and I will also be returning regularly. There is also a great burger joint in that area. I want some right now.

I have the AETNA DMO plan, and I spent an obsessive amount of time checking the on-line reveiws of all of the South OC dentists available to me on my plan. Dr. Wilson had by far the best reviews, so off I went.
So far, so good! I had two cavities filled, and it was fine. The novacaine didn't hurt, the drilling didn't hurt, and the fillings didn't feel weird afterward. Dr. Wilson and his staff are skilled and friendly.
I had been given a treatment plan by a prior dentist (not this office) that seemed a bit excessive. The treatment plan proposed by Dr. Wilson was more conservative

Went to Dr R in March as a new patient. After X-rays and examination, I was told I had 7 cavities and that I needed a special deep cleaning, because a regular cleaning would not be sufficient. Of course, my HMO doesnt cover this type of cleaning. Since I had no concerns and no aches nor tooth sensitivity, this was a regular check up appt and standard cleaning, I was very suspicious of his diagnosis.
