HomeCare Dentists is committed to a responsive, professional and helpful relationship with our Facility Clients. We offer counsel, guidance and education to facility staff in the importance of preventative oral care and hygiene for all residents. HomeCare Dentists is currently providing mobile dentistry services to over 85 Assisted Living Communities in Southern California.
I cannot say enough good things about HomeCare Dentists, Dr. Caputo and her staff. This is a wonderful business that does excellent work for people who cannot physically go to a regular dental office. Dr. Caputo is a very professional woman whom I feel is an excellent dentist. Her work and evaluation of situations is beyond reproach.
A crown is a restoration that covers, or "caps, " a tooth to restore it to its normal shape and size, strengthening and improving the appearance of a tooth. Crowns are necessary when a tooth is generally broken down and fillings won't solve the problem. If a tooth is cracked, a crown holds the tooth together to seal the cracks so the damage doesn't get worse.
Many of our patients have not seen a dentist for a long time or have difficulty with their home oral hygiene. Our office provides oral health instruction to the patient and staff to improve the patient's oral care and oral health. Using our portable operatory with water and high volume suction we are able to clean, rinse, polish, and fluoridate teeth as needed.

Dr. Caputo and her assistant treated my elderly aunt who has dementia in the Memory Care community in which she lives. From the first appointment to the follow-up emails they exceeded my expectations in every way. It's wonderful how they used my aunt's bed as the "chair" and they had everything they needed on their cart. The scheduling was seamless, they worked efficiently and with great care and compassion. I give Dr. Caputo the HIGHEST recommendation!

Dr. Vaghari and his assistant were fantastic. My father-in-law is 103 years young and unable to leave his residence. The doctor treated him with professionalism and compassion. Within minutes they had set up all the makings of a dentist office next to his bed and completed the necessary dental procedure. My father-in-law is now comfortable and without pain. Thank you.

My 88 year old Mom has osteoporosis arthritis among many other health issues. She is immobile, bound to a hospital bed and her dental discomfort had become unbearable. :(
When I initially called and spoke with Elaine, I knew right then and there everything was going to work out and my Mom was going to receive the best care anyone could get. She understood the urgency of our situation and was able to schedule the appointment within a day. Elaine was professional, compassionate, efficient and so darn NICE! :) ALL GENUINE!

Dr. Caputo and her assistant were very good with my mother. They have all the equipment to do pretty much everything. My mother resides in a Board & Care and suffered a stroke. We were recommended by my Mom's mobile dental hygienist, Smiles on the Run, and the recommendation was a good one. My mother also suffers from aphasia and cannot verbalize her needs, so Dr. Caputo and her assistant were constantly talking her through what was going on and what they were doing. This made my Mom feel at ease. They were very reassuring to her and very gentle with her. I would recommend Dr.

Dr. Caputo and her assistant were amazing! My Mom lives in a Board & Care home and is confined to a wheelchair and not able to walk or do anything without assistance so this was a wonderful option.
They were extremely caring and very encouraging to my Mom. She had a few procedures done in one visit which was also nice. I really recommend this company and Dr. Caputo, her assistant and office team!! Thanks again!

I am a pediatric dentist, and my mother is homebound. I can confidently say that Dr. Caputo is an amazing dentist from the perspective of seeing her clinically excellent dental treatment. Beyond her dental skills, she is kind, gentle and loving toward her patients. My 90 year old Mom had nothing but praise for Dr. Caputo, and she remarked on how the visits preparing and cementing a crown on her molar were pain free and easy.

HomeCare Dentists truly are as good as it gets! They were compassionate, beyond competent, and personal as they treated my 90 year-old father! I feel as if we will always be great friends. The office was amazing! I could always call and get any answers when I had a concern about how a procedure would affect my father. They were very professional and always addressed my concerns with compassion. The work they did was excellent, the dentures they fitted my father for are perfect, I could not ask for better service from anyone!

Well, this dentist appt was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our 90 year old legally blind Mom lives in a assisted living home and the idea of getting her to a out of the house and into a dentist's office was overwhelming. We heard about this home visit dentist option so we decided to go ahead give it a try for her cleaning, x-rays and an exam. Her other health problems had delayed her regular dental care by over 3 years. :(

I was referred to HomeCare Dentists by my mom's primary Dr. My mom is bedridden and I was trying to find a dentist to treat my mom in her wheelchair. She is unable to transfer from her wheelchair, so it was becoming a bit of a challenge to find an office that could see her.
I was so impressed by HomeCare Dentists from the very first phone call. The women in the office, were so nice and efficient. Start up paperwork was sent and I got the appointment set for my mom. They explained how the process works and they would call when they were an hour away from arriving.

Professional and compassionate dental care. My father has Alzheimer's and visits to the dentist are almost impossible. He needed two teeth removed and his regular dentist couldn't do it. We went to an oral surgeon who was also unsuccessful due to my Dad being uncooperative. The only other option presented to us was to sedate my Dad and have his teeth removed in a hospital setting. Then we found Home Care Dentists and decided to try this option. They came to my Dad's house and were able to remove the teeth in a very professional and compassionate way. My mother is in a Memory Care unit in a facility in San Diego, and it has become too difficult to take her out to various doctors. The director of Memory Care suggested HomeCare Dentists, which has been a salvation. From the moment I engaged with the service, office personnel--Janice and Elaine--were exceedingly pleasant, accommodating, and organized. The dentist's skills seem good, but beware of the pricing! They told me it would cost $350 minimum to $550 maximum for the visit, the Xrays, and the cleaning on the phone, but when I got the paperwork, it was $710 minimum, and ended up being $790 for extra teeth cleaning. The dentist said she also recommended deep cleaning to the tune of $1,500 extra, but I refused.
