The Hospice facility that I am using for my 101year old Mother is wonderful except for the fact that they used Carestaff to sit with my Mom at the end of her life. They sent a very uncaring person that actuall brised my Mother by handling her very rough. I asked her to leave and she refused. She was very loud and disruptive to my dying Mom.

Hired CareStaf to support my Mom's stroke recovery, based on Presbyterian stroke rehab hospitals recommendation. They are an excellently managed company with very capable caregivers who can support stroke patients. Also, reliable to fill in shifts or finding the ideal caregivers who Mom trusts.They were also proactive solving a number of transition challenges.

Carestaf is a great place to work, they offer a variety of employment opportunities ranging from private duty, hospice and med surge clients. They also pay on a daily basis or weekly pay. It is truly a great place to work if needing prn or permanent employment. I have been with the company over 10 + years and due to the awesome office staff making you feel needed I will continue employment with the company !!!! CJ

In reference to the complaint by Shanuta Thomas regarding my rudeness... I would just like to say that I’ve worked here at CareStaf for over 22 years...in that time, I have established wonderful relationships with our employees. When I saw this vindictive review about me I wanted to set the record straight...we have Hiring guidelines that we must follow here and Shaunta did not meet them...when I tried to explain to her In a nice way that she was not eligible for hire, she became irate and irrational and decided to leave a negative review about me. I have worked for carestaf for over 10 years, carestaf are like family to me, always there when I need then. I had a flat tire yesterday two hours before my shift I called Shomada to tell her and that I needed some money to pay for a new tire, Belinda was informed and she left her house and family Saturday to go to the office to give me a loan and it was done before an hour. I will recommend carestaf to everyone because they go above and beyond to see that their clients and staff are taken care of. thanks to the whole team of carestaf🤩🤩❤️.

Carestaff helped my mom 24/7 for two weeks up until the end of her life, and each one of the nurses we had was exceptional. They were caring and lovely to my mom, just what we wanted for her in her last days. The nurses genuinely cared, even calling when they were not on shift to check on her. They were extremely well trained, professional, polite, caring. (and we had mom in hospice in our home, so it was even more important to find nurses who were respectful.) I highly recommend Carestaff. Our family was can not imagine having any better care than what we received. They were outstanding.
