Seeking support when on MAT (Medically Assisted Treatment for Addiction) is the first step towards a healthier, more balanced life, we will help you reach your goals. Arena Therapy Services was created out of my experience in the addiction and mental health field filling what I believe is a much needed gap in continuing care.

We specialize in treatment of adult mental health and addictive disorders after inpatient treatment, in addition to providing outpatient mental health services for mental illness. Here at Arena Therapy Services, your mental health and wellness is treated with evidence-based practice along with holistic interventions for a whole person approach.

At Arena Therapy Services, we cater sessions to each individual's needs. Clients can have individual, couples, or family sessions, in any combination. During the initial appointment, we will discuss the various options and choose one that works best for you. This arrangement is flexible and will likely change throughout our relationship, depending on your needs.

Adjustment Disorder is a type of stress-related mental illness. It is a short-term condition that occurs when a person has great struggle coping with, or adjusting to, a particular source of stress. Some sources include marriage, divorce, starting school or staring a new job. You may feel anxious or depressed and normal daily routines may feel overwhelming.
Anxiety is a normal reaction to an important event such as a school presentation, business meeting and moving to a new city. However, excessive, continuous anxiety that interferes with your daily life may be a sign of generalized anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders cause people to feel afraid, panicky and startled for no likely reason.
Often times people feel sad or annoyed and may say that they are in an irritable mood. This feeling is different that a mood disorder which affects a person's everyday emotional state and quality of life. Approximately one in ten people ages 18 and older have mood disorders. These include depression and bipolar disorder and can increase a person's risk of heart disease, diabetes and other diseases.
