Talk to a professional experienced with Inland Empire, L.A. County and Orange County doctors (and WCAB Judges). Speak with a professional who used to work for the Insurance Companies with 31 years of experience. I handle your claim personally, I won't pass it off to a secretary or assistant.

Services
State laws vary, but an employer's responsibility to provide coverage usually depends on how many employees it has, what type of business it is, and what type of work the employees are doing. For example, a few states require only employers with at least three employees to be covered, but most states don't set a minimum.
Does workers' compensation cover only injuries or does it also cover long-term problems and illnesses? Your injury need not be caused by an accident -- such as a fall from a ladder -- to be covered by workers' compensation. Many workers receive compensation for injuries that are caused by overuse or misuse over a long period of time -- for example, repetitive stress injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome or back problems.

I have not retained Nancy Wallace as my attorney...yet...but she was so helpful to me today, providing information and spending time with me that she was not required to do. There are not too many people that will give freely of their time these days. Her help was so appreciated and I would recommend that if you have a WC case, to give her a call. She is a truly caring attorney!

Satisfied client! I had a friend with a different workmans comp lawyer at the time of my injury and he went with me to my consultation with Nancy Wallace. When we left the consultation my friend said that Nancy Wallace was a great lawyer and he was going to look into switching from his lawyer to Nancy Wallace. I can think of no greater compliment in the professional world to get. I also had a doctor recommend her, and Nancy Wallace was the only name he recommend when I asked who the best workmans comp lawyer was that he know. This was my personal experience nine years ago. I personally love Nancy

Run as fast as you can , I am reporting her to the bar association after the mishandling of my case , no communication, missing deadlines and literally does not care about her clients, she will just sit and wait , in the meantime her clients are doing all the work, calling to check up on the status of things and studying workers Comp law myself so I can end this nightmare, don't let her fool you , she has no intention of advocating for you , only taking her percentage when and if that time ever comes. 2 years of NOTHING ! wasted time and energy and my case isn't even close to being

Lets face it, Lawyers don't necessarily have the best reputation as a profession. I'm not a really trustworthy person, so when I have to deal with an attorney, there is always a bit of skepticism. I spoke to Mrs. Wallace on the phone and let me tell you, it was one of the most enlightening and informative 20 minute phone calls I have ever had. When I got off the phone with Mrs. Wallace, my mind was completely at ease and I knew exactly what I needed to do. She squared me to the workers comp "game" if you will. She answered every question that I asked her and even volunteered

I left a question on Ms. Wallace's website and she was kind enough to not only leave a voicemail, but an e-mail as well. Her answer was very thorough and she even expressed sympathy for the loss of my mother. While she is not able to help me with this matter, I will definitely keep her in mind for any future legal matters. It is not often that an attorney gets back to someone when there is nothing in it for them. Thank you!

In summary. Above and WAY beyond.
I had some general questions about the process.
Nancy Wallace took the time to explain and listen to my concerns. She was upfront, factual and honest. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking counsel.
I can tell that she is passionate about her practice and she is willing to have a one on one conversation w 100% interest and concern. I'm grateful for this aspect. Hard to find these days, especially In the age of technology and social media.
Thank you again Nancy.

Very helpful and paints a great picture of what to expect. Only talked to Nancy over the phone and she told me the reality of my situation and allowed me to make an informed decision. It didn't feel like I was being tricked into anything and she spoke to me in lay mans terms I could understand.
If you're injured on the job, call her.
