I posted a negative review on yelp at the beginning of 2021 about my nightmare experience with (Dave Monks at the attorneys group) within three days I got a call from the office manager asking me what they could do to get me to remove my negative review because it hurt their bottom line. They told me if I would remove my negative review they were trying to help me with my complaint, because I'm always looking to settle any and all conflict in life I decided to work with them one more time and remove my negative review, so long story short a few months go by and all I got was a bunch of lip

Non-responsive and they just took my money without submitting the paperwork. No follow-ups and they are not responding to any of my e-mails or voicemails. Don't waste your time here!!!
I requested a refund when I found out that no paperwork was submitted and they just ignored me. I had to call the courthouse to verify this claim of theirs, but it was just a LIE.

This group is experienced in what they do. I have never seen him face to face but I have been able to solve my problems, via phone and email. The rates are relatively comfortable. In my case they gave more legal support than that agreed in the contract. They speak Spanish so I recommend to the entire Hispanic community not to be afraid to go to this law firm. Rude and difficult to deal with. Made an appointment with Daniel King and he didn't show up for our meeting before court so I was given to Gloria. I basically went through my whole bankruptcy with a paralegal. And when I was supposed to meet Daniel King at court he didn't show up either and I was never told some other man was going to be there in his place. I've never had to do this and it was a very difficult time for me and they didn't make it any easier. Very demanding, not understanding and not polite at all! I used the services of genesis law group back in 2012. Everything was very easy because of the high level of communication they keep with you via email. They took care of all my creditors and there was no issues what so ever. Hopefully I never have to go bankrupt again but if I did I would use their service no doubt.

We received a call from a debt collector threatening to sue us if we did not pay a large amount of money by 3pm that same day... We called the Attorney Group! Thank you to attorney James Whiggam and His assistant Vanessa. You both made this process so easy for me! If anyone ever needs help with any child custody cases this is the place to go! Everything from the initial consult to the communication between the attorney and myself and also vanessa was amazing. I work during the week 8-5:30 so it was hard for me to get on the phone but they were great when it came to email communication.
