The practice has been originally established in Colleyville TX in late 90's and previously owned by Dr. Mark Schreiner. When Dr. Schreiner wanted to retire, Dr. Karri took over the practice and renamed it Serene Dental. You will see some of the team members that's been here for many years. Dr. Shilpa Karri envisions a practice where a small dental team will be dedicated to giving you a calm and comfortable experience every time you come to visit our office. Originally established in the late 1990s, the practice was passed on to Dr. Karri from Dr. Mark Schreiner upon his retirement. You will still see some of the team members who have worked here for several years.
General dental procedures are specific to correcting the functioning of your teeth while helping improve cosmetic problems. General dentistry is ideal for both adult and pediatric patients. It is geared specifically to each individual patient, so your treatment will be different from another person coming in for care.
A dental implant is specifically designed to replace a missing tooth. When a tooth falls out or is extracted, a gap is present in your smile. Over time, the underlying bone can be impacted and you may find that surrounding teeth shift out of place. Rather than wear a prosthetic appliance, a dental implant works with your body to replace that tooth.
Extractions are done as a way to preserve your oral health and remove problematic teeth. In some cases, you may need to have teeth removed because of advanced gum disease. In other cases, you'll need an extraction because you have an impacted wisdom tooth. We always perform extractions in our office in a safe, comfortable and relaxed manner at your own convenience.
At Serene Dental Colleyville, helping and healing natural teeth is our top priority. However, in some cases, an extraction can be necessary for the benefit and health of the entire mouth. Wisdom teeth generally start appearing during the late teens or early adult years. As they pop through the gums, sensitivity and some discomfort may appear.

Found them from Facebook so initially I was hesitant but I decided to give them a try. From start to finish everyone was super nice and made my visit very comfortable. I noticed that they made sure the office was cleaned and sanitized after each client. My exam was quick and informative, made it easy to understand next steps. And my cleaning was thorough leaving me feeling soo fresh and so clean!! I’ll definitely be back!!
