I normally see Michelle for my cleaning but occasionally have used different hygienists and all are super great! They always have a smile and I feel they genuinely are glad to see me.
Dr Hold gives good care and advice. I’ve had a lot of dental issues and he has performed various procedures with only minimal discomfort and no side effects. My caps, bridge and fillings have always worked well with no need for do overs.
Everyone is knowledgeable, nice, I completely trust their recommendations. Everything is very clean and they adhere to your scheduled time.

The office was clean & orderly. Office staff was friendly & professional. Did not have to wait. My dental hygienist, Kristy did a wonderful job. Dr. Miller took his time & gave me some helpful info in regards to dental health. As much as I dislike going to the dentist, all in all it was a pleasant experience.

From the initial call to my initial visit, care and competency have been at the forefront. As Dr. Miller's assistant, Holly was most congenial and engaging to instill confidence and ease. Upon meeting Dr. Miller, his demeanor was calm and reassuring with a knowledge base that was the best I have ever experienced. His explanations of what I was looking toward were most thorough and easily understood. He took a good amount of time, which was most appreciated, to ensure I knew the process. I'm relieved and grateful to be a client of Blue Ridge Dentistry...I'm in good hands!

I have been bringing my son here since he was 5. All the workers are great. Highly recommended them here. Only down fall. We have to park either at the court house or way down past the dentist and walk there. Because there is no parking area because of the tourist. You would think the city council would make some parking for the local business people. Sad

Thank you so much!! Saved our vacation!! My son lost his filling on Sunday, July 4th. Monday they were closed due to the holiday. Called first thing this morning- Tuesday at 8 AM and they told me to come right in. My son was in pain and we needed help on vacation!! First of all this place is absolutely stunning. I really don’t think there is another dentist office that looks like this in the entire country. I seriously wish we lived closer because they would be my new dentist. I have used them for many years and always have had a wonderful experience until today. They failed to notify me that they no longer accepted our insurance until after my children had cleanings and X-rays and I was left with a $448 bill in the end. Lost all respect for them when all they had to do is tell me before our appointment or even when I… called to change the appointment to a different time. I spoke with at least 3 different people over the past month and not one person told me of these changes. Just very sorry of them in my opinion. I learned my lesson and warn everyone else to

The dentists there are great and Ronnie Hold is wonderful! However the billing department is a nightmare to deal with. I went here 2 years ago and was told my insurance was going to pay for the services I received. However, they sent me a bill for that day over 2 years later and it was the first time they sent me that bill. I was confused because I… hadn’t been to that office in 2 years so I was wondering what it was even for; I called them and they said it was for the appointment I went to 2 years ago. I asked them why they just now sent me a bill over 2 years later for the FIRST

I always dreaded going to the dentist! However, since I moved to Blue Ridge from NY and went to Blue Ridge Dentistry, I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I have never met more compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and loving group of professionals who without a doubt put you and your oral health first.
