My first visit to this practice was pleasant. The staff was friendly and the fees were acceptable. The second visit was very different. Both my son and I were switched to a higher level cleaning (which is considerably more in fees) without any prior notification or discussion. I would suggest you watch them very carefully so you don't get taken advantage of like I did.

Great staff who made my daughter feel comfortable. She had to have three teeth removed after a fall. The office was clean and the Dr Spencer took the time to make sure we understood what and why and options. He also checked on her the next day. They seem like they genuinely cared about how she felt and was recovering.

Always feel like I'm getting conned when I go there. Always need things that insurance won't cover even though my teeth are extremely healthy.
Always need deep cleaning even when I only have one spot of tarter according to the x-rays.
Recently called them out on an obvious fear-tactic and fraudulent swindle. they changed gears quickly.
I realize that most dentists are like this but that's no excuse.

I was getting impressions for my teeth and it feeled like it was going down my throat and I grab his hand and it scared me and the Dr was just a rude man very smart. ....I would not tell anyone about his service very hateful man. No respect for you if you are nervous. When I for went to him he was alright but after I tell him about my mom and it was a serious problem he said he was sorry to hear and then became a different person.

Moving to a new area can be difficult to find a dentist you like and trust... especially when you've had as much dental work as I've had done, it's easy to think you've got a target on you when you walk in.

Dr. Griffeth and his team are fantastic they really know how to make a nightmare procedure seem like a walk in the park. They discussed my treatment plan with me thoroughly and made sure I understood my options. In no time they got me started on the road to better oral hygiene and A healthier smile. I know I need a lot of work to reverse several years worth of bad habits and the absence of regular checkups but that’s ok. Because for the first time ever I can actually look forward to the dentist confident that I am in good hands and surrounded by the people who care at Jasper Family Dentistry

Very displeased with this practice, my mother put 80 dollars toward her next visit after a basic consultation, and now Jasper Dental is trying to keep her money. She had to leave the state last minute for an emergency and even called and cancelled the appointment, still no refund. Very unprofessional, misinformed, and is claiming she was a no call no show ... Also what happened to dr /patient privacy? You do not want to experience what my mother has suffered from this incident. The way they handled the situation was very discriminating, and now the Dr. wants me to remove this review before refunding
