Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
I am Dr Norman Case. I am originally from Monroe, MI. I moved to South Carolina in 2002 to pursue an education in Chiropractic. I graduated in 2006 and stayed in South Carolina for 3 more years before taking an associate position in south GA. I met my wife to be in 2012 and after the birth of our first daughter, we decided to move to Northern Kentucky and start our own practice.

I have seen Dr. Case a few times and absolutely love him. He usually gets my back aligned in one visit. My husband and son see him more frequently. Our son, 21, has had numerous wrecks playing and racing four-wheelers and Ravor ATVs over the years. When the pain flares up, more than the normal, he calls Dr. Case which always gets him in immediately, normally saying just come on up. My father-n-law recommended him years ago and we are so thankful.

Dr. Case is awesome. I had severe lower back pain. Bulging disc. I never knew the relief that a chiropractor could give. I never had gone to a chiropractor before, i thought i would give it a chance. I practically had no pain after my first visit. It was unbelievable. The pain comes back, but the relief lasts longer and longer between visits now. I go twice a week. But after a couple of more visits, i shouldn't need to go back but maybe once a month. I'm able to work again with almost no pain. If you have any doubt about going to Dr Case about relieving back pain, please go. I had a very good experience

Great practice. Had never been to a chiropractor and had reservations. Hurt my back working out and needed some help. All my regular Dr had was meds and I wanted to avoid them. Case came highly recommended by many friends and others in my small town. Have been going for while now and definitely feel a difference. Very reasonable.
