Denise will pressure you to sign a lease for a roach infested unit (which they remove evidence of for the showing) and she'll harass you at 8AM. They think they're not responsible to provide a healthy, habitable, pest-free living space for the tenants. Their units will have roaches crawling in your food in the fridge, trash left out to draw further pests, and they won't refund your deposit. Denise seemed like a decent person so I'm unsure if her English visa prevents her from finding a more reputable company to work for. The lady Denise showed up, unannounced and said they were issued a fine from the city. I was in the middle of cleaning up and yard work. She proceeded to call everything we owned trash. And issued a 7 day "get it right" notice. We complied and spent over $1000 on making sure everything in the back yard, which mind you was surrounded by a fence, was picked up. She looked at the trash can area and said the yard was full of trash. She then sent her boss Eddy to come look and he drove by and never even stopped. He then called our 75 inch tv, thomsonville furniture and our personal items, Trash! We

Denise Greenwood was a awesome landlord she was always very kind and understanding to any situation. In my opinion she was the best landlord I’ve ever had it was sad when my lease was up and she was no longer going to be my property manager. I never leave reviews but she deserves to be recognized!

I was a tenant in one of the homes Mr. Kellar manages for the last six years. I am active duty Navy. Anytime something came up with our home especially while I was deployed , he made sure my family was taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
