Then anytime a home is put on MLS that meets your search criteria you will be emailed the listing. Once you see a property that is of interest to you, just call or email our office and we can set an appointment to go see it. It's that simple!

My wife and I signed up for the flat fee MLS listing for our home. We debated on using a full service listing service with another company but in the end were very glad we used Your Choice Real Estate. Our home was shown just like any other home using the automated showing system most realtors use for notification. The biggest difference is that we were responsible for coordinating the showing. It was all done remotely so it wasn't a big deal. We saved thousands of dollars going this route!!
