I'm not really sure why anyone would run a business this way. AC Sure Plan installed units at both of our buildings. After we needed those units serviced, they began to ghost us. This forced us to use another contractor.
Come to find out, not only were most of the units incorrectly installed, 2 of them do not even have filters. Those units are practically shot and in need of replacement after only 1 year of use. After spending over $70,000 with this company, you can bet we are looking to litigate.

Our unit was installed two years ago, we have never been happy since then especially during summer months in Poway( inland part of San Diego). Robert is pleasant to work wit! sharing this review during spring time of pandemic 2020 as they just sent an email to check on their customers and I forgot to review the service they provided back then. People compiling on appointments and etc bit come on, were all humans some things always slipped unintentional, not all are perfect. If pure looking value, honesty and good work, that's what they do. Honest business goes a long way! Great job to this tem

Where do I begin? First, I want to say thank you to Robert Mays for being so pleasant throughout the entire project. Through a series of conversations (and messages), I came to trust that AC Shore was the right company for the job. When we decided to install an air conditioner, we did general research on the Internet and then interviewed four companies. Our installation was a bit tricky partially because we were asking them to also replace our 30-year-old gas furnace with an electric heat pump. After the interviews we decided on AC Sure Plan and worked with Robert Mays. He was wonderful. Whereas other companies struggled to find a workable solution for our situation, Robert's suggestions were creative and ingenious. This review has been long delayed, and I just wanted share that my half a dozen interactions with these guys been great. They're reasonably priced, honest and professional. Each time they've come to do repairs or unit replacements, I am left very happy and satisfied with their craft and thoroughness. We've had such a pleasurable experience with AC sure! We had them do an install for an AC unit on our roof and install all duct work. By far they have the best prices, I mean beat the next guy by at least 5K! From the jump there were some issues as my home is lacking space, but they were on top of it and we had to re group and come up with a new plan which was slightly more $$ but they split the difference with me ( I know, amazing right!) the install guys are hard working and respectful of our home and clean. I've had the unit up and running about a month and our home is comfortable

Air conditioner stop working, so I called and got a coupled of quotes for service repair. The first guy spent 30-45 minutes looking at the thermostat, condenser and the a/c unit. He said the unit was old and quoted us $10,000 to replace it. Tom L came out to look at the same unit, thermostat and condenser. He was very friendly, professional and acknowledgeable. Tom asked if we recently had electrical wiring done. Just so happens, our breaker box was upgraded to accommodate our new solar panels. Tom figured out that the electrician that installed the breaker box and panel incorrectly wired

The workers that came out to my home were very friendly and nice. It took a lot less time than I had expected. Even when they ran into some complications, they were able to figure out a way around it and got the job done correctly, saving me money and time.

I scheduled an appointment on 8/6/2015. They were due to be at me on 8/7/2015 to attend to my a/c unit. I confirmed their appointment time again in the morning to be between 12-2pm. At 2pm on Friday afternoon they called to say that they will not be coming out and that they would call back to reschedule for another time. No shame in leaving me stranded without an a/c for the whole weekend.

One of the other reviewers (tali b.) made it sound like they do not charge to come out and provide an estimate of the work. This is incorrect: I called them and they want $75 to come out and provide a repair estimate.
After I posted this review the owner called me up and was angry that I reported the truth. He threatened me as follows: "if you do not take the review out I'm telling you that I'm going to sue you".

Highly recommended !!! I had a problem in the downstairs unit - I really need service fast - after opening yellow page and get discourage from the response (some told me they can come in 10 days some wanted to charge me up front for the visit ), I called my friend who knows everything and everyone - she told me to call AC Sure - which I did and I am so happy I did - First - they came the following day , checked the unit - and gave me few options how to solve it , the price was reasonable , the service was great efficient friendly and honest - I even got a follow up call from them to make sure
