Our subdivision doesn't have a neighborhood association. When we bought our home from Amfac 20 or more years ago we didn't know much about our Declaration of Protective Covenants. So we were surprised when we were sued by a neighbor to take down the second story on our house. Valentina helped us through a difficult situation, convincing the judge that the height covenant was unenforceable.

Valentina is knowledgeable and a true professional. She helped me remove a difficult tenant from a property I own and helped me gain possession of the property again.
