Arbo's Towing & Repair provides towing services to the state of Maine. Our fleet consists of wreckers, flatbeds, and fully-equipped service trucks, allowing us to quickly address any situation from a transport situation to a broken-down vehicle on or off the road. I was recently towed for snow removal. The tow truck driver broke my power steering hose. And even though I was towed for snow removal. No one ever removed any snow. Scam.

Very friendly and helpful, and they even came from about an hour away to get us the 1 mile uphill to our house! Service with a smile, even on our terribly bumpy road! Would recommend to anyone looking for friendly, fast service!

We were stranded with a broken transmission near Waterville. Lee at Arbos really helped us out. They were prompt with towing us and wonderful to deal with. Being stranded was no fun, but Lee made it a lot less painful. Thanks!

Do Not. I repeat DO NOT store your things here. I know it's convenient for students from Colby College, but it would be a better deal to go to Augusta or find another storage place in Waterville. First of all, the units are not sealed tight, allowing water, wind, bugs, and mildew to accumulate and ruin your items. Second of all the customer service is ATROCIOUS!!!! When I called and asked for them to get a copy of my contract sent to me (I am abroad), they refused and said I should have been happy they even answered the phone. Steve, the person of the storage unit also called me early one
