Tai Chi is a misnomer! Tai Chi Chuen is the full name for this martial art! The Grand Ultimate FIST! This means it is a fighting art. After 10 years and thousands of dollars searching for a Sifu versed in the fighting aspects of the art I stumbled uponSifu Tommy... in Gretna!!! This is it for me!! Real!!!

Sifu Tommy Cheng teachesTai Chi “Striking Hands” which can be traced back to the founder of Yang style Tai Chi; Yang Luk Chien who used it to earn the fame of ”Yang the Invincible” and made Tai Chi famous in Piking about 180 years ago. “Striking Hands” consists of two parts. Sifu Tommy has more knowledge than anyone I have ever met and all the people I know combined when it comes to self-defense. If you want to learn arts that respect people and that will teach you to work with others in a healthy and safe environment, this art is the most superior I have found. Sifu Tommy has taught me Chi Kung and Yee Chuen Do and these arts have become part of my everyday life. Thank you Sifu, I am eternally grateful.
