Having a whole home review was the best money ever spent! It had provided us with a road map about where and how to spend our money to fix problems in the house along with how to prioritize them. Insight was able to schedule the inspection quickly and within my preference. Dave was so professional and helpful in the inspection. He went through ever part of the house with detail. He explained so much in detail and added his thoughts on the magnitude of the repair, such as not to kill the deal.

One of the MOST professional companies I have ever dealt with. Joe and Dave were amazing from start to finish answered every question of mine and made me feel like family. Joe inspected a house that I almost made a very big financial mistake on, and saved me from years of pain and suffering. Dave inspected home number two which was in much better shape and he gave me his seal of approval. Being a first time home buyer I got my money's worth out of each inspection learning so much. Joe was extremely detailed in inspecting 2 homes, one that I was potentially buying and another that i did end up buying. He was thorough in his job and explained everything to me in detail and communicated to me in a frank and concise manner. Due to his first inspection it gave me the necessary information to avoid buying a home that had many more problems than it showed. With his second inspection he gave me the knowledge that the second home was the one to buy. I would definitively recommend him as he knows what he's doing and does his job well.

Joe made the home inspection process one of the most informative parts of our home buying journey! He did a thorough job while also making time to discuss in detail any of the issues he was seeing, not simply telling us what they were but explaining what they meant for us in the near term and down the road. He made us feel comfortable buying a fixer because he was so educational with his findings.
