When Scott Sprick bought Bosch's from partner and company founder Barry Bosch in 2004, he had already been working with Barry for 14 years designing and installing hardscapes and plantings in the West Michigan region. Russ Hillman joined him as partner two years later in 2006, after having managed his own landscaping business for several years.

We used Bosch’s to remove a 30 year old wooden stairs to our front door and retaining wall and to build or should I say “create” an entry and retaining wall . We knew it was going to be a challenging operation. Russ was very good at communicating what was going to happen and Luis and Oscar were not only very professional but a joy to have on site. We enjoyed watching them, they worked hard and the end result was beyond our expectations. They arrived when they said they would, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We can’t wait till spring to begin planting around it.

We called & requested a bid & an appointment to discuss our landscaping needs. We were told that a sales representative would reach out to us. It has been a week, yet still no call from them. If they can’t return a call, we certainly wouldn’t have confidence in their team to do an acceptable job for us. If you can’t even return a phone call, this likely reflects other concerns within your business.
