Talked to Eric the manager after my cameras
caught his employee driving his riding lawn mower directly thru the middle of
My lawn. Actually he drove thru my front lawn three times after cutting my neighbors lawn. No apology from the employee and no real apology or as I would have stopped by and apologized!!! This has now happened three years in a row. Parked their truck directly in front of my house which I didn’t care about till now. Finally found the employee myself cutting someone else’s lawn and I asked just why did you drive right thru my lawn three times. His response was he couldn’t

These people might be very nice but the communication is not very good. Fall cleanup was supposed to happen for us and it was scheduled. The day arrived and we heard nothing from Lakeshore property services. Nobody showed up. We tried to reach them with no luck.If they’re too busy and don’t need the business it would’ve been nice to know. We could’ve at least found somebody else.

I've never used a company for fall cleanup and my experience with Lakeshore Property Services was AMAZING!!!! I didn't know what to expect but I was amazed at how much they did and how quality the work was. On top of that the cost was great, such a bargain! I called and they came out next day!! I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer!
